TEHRAN (PEDCO) -- Petrosahel Ofogh Kish (PESOK) has successfully upgraded its contractor ranking, as announced by the company's CEO, Nima Baqersaei. The upgrade, granted by the country's Planning and Budget Organization, marks a significant milestone in the company's capabilities within Iran's oil, gas, and refinery sectors.
Baqersaei highlighted that PESOK, as the technical and operational arm of PetroIran Development Company (PEDCO), managed to enhance its qualification ranking for oil and gas contracting services.
He attributed this achievement to the comprehensive support from PetroIran’s management, the collaboration of the technical and engineering teams, and the tireless efforts of PESOK’s staff.
The CEO further elaborated on the process of obtaining the new ranking, emphasizing that actions are already underway to secure additional certifications in project design, construction, and execution within the EPC (Engineering,
Procurement, and Construction) framework.
Baqersaei also touched on PESOK’s strategic focus on fostering relationships with knowledge-based companies.
He stated, "Petrosahel Ofogh Kish has been tasked with fostering mutual cooperation between PetroIran Development and knowledge-based companies. By advancing knowledge creation, sharing, and the ability to solve technological challenges, we aim to strengthen PetroIran’s competitive edge and financial portfolio.
To this end, PESOK plans to establish a Science and Technology Tower in the oil sector this year."
In conclusion, Baqersaei underscored the importance of engaging the public in production, noting that collaboration between industry experts and knowledge-based companies is key to driving innovation and boosting production.
This aligns with the national slogan "Production Leap with Public Participation," particularly in the oil and gas sectors, where such cooperation is essential for achieving sustainable growth.
