TEHRAN (PEDCO) -- PetroIran Development Company (PEDCO) and Arvandan Oil & Gas Company have joined hands in a strategic collaboration, signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at expanding their cooperation in various domains, leveraging their specialized capabilities and managerial expertise.
The MOU was inked during the 14th Khuzestan Oil and Gas Exhibition. The signing ceremony involved Abdullah Azari, representing Arvandan Oil & Gas, and Mansour Mehrshad, the acting head of PetroIran.
This collaborative agreement envisions a mutual effort to provide technical and financial proposals related to the utilization of engineering services, procurement, commissioning, operation, and other specialized and knowledge-based services.
The primary objective is to enhance the extraction efficiency of low-yield wells through the implementation of multiphase pumps and other innovative technologies.
Abdullah Azari, the representative of Arvandan Oil & Gas, and Mansour Mehrshad have committed to exploring joint initiatives such as the protection and reinforcement of concrete and metallic surfaces using specific polymer coatings. Additionally, the collaboration aims to undertake various projects either directly by the second party or through its subsidiary companies.
It is noteworthy that the MOU is designed to facilitate the groundwork for obtaining technical and financial proposals, leading to potential negotiations and the eventual signing of a formal agreement.
