TEHRAN (PetroIran) - Petro Sahel Ofogh Kish (PESOK) and the 15th Century Solar Namvaran Consulting Engineering company have signed a memorandum of understanding in order to tap into each other’s technical savvy and operational background in oil and gas industries.
The document was signed in a ceremony held in the presence of the CEO of PetroIran Development Company (PEDCO), and a number of PEDCO’s senior executives.
Based on the deal, the two sides aim to tap into each other’s capabilities in areas such as technical knowhow as well as intellectual and experimental prowess, equipment and usable data supply, and operational background in the oil, gas, refining and petrochemical industries.
Fifteenth Century Solar Namvaran Consulting Engineering Company is a registered knowledge-based Iranian company, operating at Pardis Science and Technology Park.
It holds patents for offering services and solutions aimed at enhancing longevity of industrial items and parts by using ultrasonic methods.
The company also offers solutions for de-stressing, increasing stiffness, abrasion resistance, fatigue and corrosion of rotating parts, along with inspection and determination of residual stress level of metal parts.
The services provided by Namvaran Company lead to the increased lifespan of parts and significantly reduce the cost of periodic overhauls of equipment such as fixed and rotating parts in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
On the sidelines of the signing ceremony of this MoU, Nima Baghersaei, CEO of Petro Sahel Ofogh Kish Company, said the memorandum was in line with the general policies of PetroIran Development Company, expressing optimism that the partnership would play an effective and constructive role in resolving some challenges and problems in oil and gas production facilities.
